Abstract

A base station conforming to a Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standard, wherein, in a network system where the base station performs scheduling of sidelink communication resources, the base station comprises a transmission unit configured to transmit Downlink Control Information (DCI) to a communication terminal, and wherein the DCI includes a field related to Sidelink Control Information (SCI) including information about frequency resources of a frequency band usable for sidelink communication, and a field indicating information about the frequency band usable for the sidelink communication.
