Abstract

An electronic device includes a first substrate, a plurality of electronic units, a reflective layer and a reflectivity matching layer. The first substrate has an active area and a peripheral area. The electronic units are disposed on the first substrate and located within the active area. The reflective layer is disposed above the first substrate and relatively overlaps the active area of the first substrate, and the reflective layer has a plurality of openings relatively overlapping the electronic units, respectively. The reflectivity matching layer is disposed above the first substrate and relatively overlaps the peripheral area of the first substrate.
