Abstract

A machine (10) for producing a filled food product is described, comprising: - a first feeding device (20) for feeding a first food material along a first feeding direction (K1); - a second feeding device (40) for feeding a second food material along a second feeding direction (K2) transverse to said first feeding direction (K1); - an extrusion unit (60) comprising at least a first outlet (62), placed in fluid communication with the first feeding device (20), and at least a second outlet (64), placed in fluid communication with the second feeding device (40). The machine is capable of producing filled food products comprising, each, an external housing constituted by an extrudable dough or paste, and a filling contained in said housing.
