Abstract

A base portion (30) of a sole body includes a high-hardness portion (33) having a predetermined hardness and a low-hardness portion (36) having a lower hardness than the high-hardness portion (33). An upper surface (31) of the base portion (30) includes a high-hardness region (33a) defined by the high-hardness portion (33) and a low-hardness region (36a) defined by the low-hardness portion (36). A plate (50) is arranged on the upper surface (31) so as to straddle a first region (51) overlapping the high-hardness region (33a) and a second region (52) overlapping the low-hardness region (36a), and includes a forefoot side plate (50a) located on the forefoot portion side and a rearfoot side plate (50b) located on the rearfoot portion side. A ratio of the second region (52) in the forefoot side plate (50a) is higher than a ratio of the second region (52) in the rearfoot side plate (50b).
