Abstract

The present disclosure provides a device and a method for online solution preparation of A-powder. In the device for online solution preparation of A-powder, the top of an A-powder container is in fluid communication with the bottom of an A-concentrate container, the top of the A-concentrate container is in fluid communication with an A-powder solution detection assembly, the A-powder solution detection assembly is in fluid communication with a first solenoid valve group, a water metering unit is respectively in fluid communication with a circulation driving unit, an overflow assembly, the first solenoid valve group and a second solenoid valve group, the circulation driving unit is in fluid communication with a heating unit, the heating unit is in fluid communication with the overflow assembly, the overflow assembly is in fluid communication with a third solenoid valve group, and a fourth solenoid valve group is in fluid communication with the third solenoid valve group and the bottom of the A-powder container. According to the present disclosure, full dissolution of the A-powder within a short time is realized, dialysate with an accurate concentration is effectively obtained, and the reliability of solution preparation is improved.
