Abstract

Electric vehicle supply equipment, EVSE, configured for providing power for charging a floating vessel with a converter having an input side configured to be connected to a power supply infrastructure, and an output side configured for providing a direct current, DC, charging power, the output side comprising a +DC output line and a -DC output line, and a voltage limiting device with a first terminal and a second terminal, the first terminal being configured to be grounded to a shoreside protective earth, PE, connection of the power supply infrastructure. +DC and -DC EVSE terminals are configured to be connected to corresponding shipside +DC and -DC terminals of the floating vessel. The EVSE earth terminal is configured to be connected to a shipside protective earth, SPE, terminal of the floating vessel. The EVSE earth terminal is connected to the second terminal of the voltage limiting device.
