Abstract
A broad-spectrum influenza A vaccine immunogen composition and the use thereof. Provided is a nucleic acid molecule encoding an immunogenic peptide, the immunogenic peptide comprising: tandem M2e peptide segments, an HA2 peptide segment derived from influenza virus H7N9 subtype; a multimerized motif peptide segment, and optionally, one or more linker peptide segments independently located between the peptide segments, the nucleic acid molecule comprising nucleic acids encoding the peptide segments. The broad-spectrum influenza A vaccine can induce organisms to generate antigen-specific immune responses, and can generate high-titer antibodies in as early as 14 days after the last vaccination, which can completely protect against challenge with various influenza A virus subtypes.
