Abstract

An evaporation source includes a main body, a deposition nozzle assembly disposed above the main body, where the deposition nozzle discharges a plurality of deposition materials, an angle limiting portion disposed above the deposition nozzle assembly, where the angle limiting portion limits a discharge angle of the plurality of deposition materials discharged from the deposition nozzle assembly, and a plurality of vaporizing portions which accommodates the plurality of deposition materials, vaporizes the plurality of deposition materials, and supplies the vaporized deposition materials to the deposition nozzle assembly.
