Abstract
The wind power generation device includes a rotor shaft rotatable around a first rotation axis, a first generator for converting rotational energy of the rotor shaft into electric power, a rotator connected to the rotor shaft and rotatable around a second rotation axis which is different from the first rotation axis, a vane fixed to the rotator, and a second generator for converting rotational energy of the rotator into electric power.
