Abstract

An air composition adjustment device adjusts a composition of air in an internal space (5) of a container (1), the air composition adjustment device including a composition adjuster (200) that supplies, to the internal space (5), a gas to be treated having a composition different from a composition of external air generated by treating the external air, a control unit (110) that controls the composition adjuster (200), and a first pressure detector (170) that detects a pressure in the internal space (5), in which the composition adjuster (200) includes a conveyor (231a, 231b) that conveys the external air or the gas to be treated to the internal space (5), and the control unit (110) evaluates airtightness of the internal space (5) on the basis of a change in the pressure in the internal space (5) caused by operation of the conveyor (231a, 231b).
