Abstract

Provided is a combined immunochromatographic test strip for detection of multiple respiratory pathogenic microorganisms, belonging to the technical field of in vitro diagnostic reagents. Provided is a test strip for detection of a H-shaped structure, including test strips vertically placed on the left and right, and a horizontally placed sampling strip. A middle part of each of a test strip 1 and a test strip 2 is provided with a sampling zone, with the sampling zone as the center, a conjugate zone, a reaction zone and an absorption zone are symmetrically overlapped in sequence above and below. One end of the sampling strip is overlapped with the sampling zone of the test strip 1, and the other end of the sampling strip is overlapped with the sampling zone of the test strip 2. The test strip for detection has the characteristics of high detection rate, avoidance of cross reaction and simple operation, and has obvious advantages compared with the traditional test strip.
