Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a memory access method and related devices, in which the method comprises: obtaining a prefetch request, which is a prediction request generated by a processor, and an extraction request obtained by extracting an access request sent by the processor to a memory, wherein the prefetch request includes at least a memory address and control information; sending the prefetch request to a prefetch network; reading prefetch data corresponding to the prefetch request from the memory based on the prefetch request; judging whether a memory address of the access request sent by the processor to the memory matches that of the prefetch request; and when the memory address of the access request sent by the processor to the memory matches that of the prefetch request, returning the prefetch data to the processor as feedback data of the access request. The embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the efficiency of data transmission.
