Abstract
This invention relates to a method of computer-aided design of construction comprising the steps of: a) Input of building system specific data for a planned construction into a design program b) Input of project-specific data regarding building geometry into the design program, c) Calculation and production of visual presentation of building frame in the design program, d) Iteration of step c) until a desired target image is achieved for the frame material of said building frame, e) production of frame materials for the building frame and cutting lists for the frame in the design program, wherein automation may be achieved.
