Abstract

This disclosure provides a secondary battery, an electric apparatus, and a binder. The secondary battery includes a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and a separator. The negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode film layer disposed on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector. The negative electrode film layer includes a negative electrode active material and a first binder. A mass percentage of the negative electrode active material in the negative electrode film layer is 96%-98.4%, and a mass percentage of the first binder in the negative electrode film layer is 0.5%-3%. The first binder includes a polymer, and the polymer includes -COOM, -CONH<2>, -CN, and - COOR, where M represents an alkali metal, and R represents substituted or unsubstituted C<1>-C<20> alkyl.
