Abstract

A battery cell (1), a battery pack (100), and an electronic device (1000) are provided. The battery cell (1) includes: a housing (10); an electrode assembly (20) received in the housing (10) and comprising a winding structure (201) formed by winding a positive electrode sheet (21), a separator (22), and a negative electrode sheet (23); a first negative electrode surface (23101) and a second negative electrode surface (23102) of a negative electrode current collector (231) of the negative electrode sheet (23) are respectively covered with a first and a second negative electrode current collectors (23111, 23112). A region at a surface of the second negative electrode current collector (23112) that is away from the center hole (2011) and located between a first position (236) and a second position (237) of the negative electrode sheet (23) is a preset region (K) and is provided with a first insulating layer (25).
