Abstract

The present application discloses a battery apparatus and an electric apparatus. The battery apparatus of the present application comprises a case body, a battery cell assembly, and a heating component. The battery cell assembly is located in an accommodating space, and comprises a plurality of battery cells arranged in a first direction. The first direction intersects a height direction of the case body. The heating component is located in the accommodating space and arranged between the battery cell assembly and a bottom wall of the case body. The heating component comprises a heating member and protective layers. In the height direction of the case body, the protective layers are respectively provided on both sides of the heating member. The protective layers on both sides of the heating member are connected to each other. The protective layers of the heating member play a role of protecting the heating member, and can prevent a metal foreign body from piercing the heating component, so as to reduce the probability of damage to the heating member of the heating component, thereby improving the reliability of the operation of the heating component.
