Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a secondary battery and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the secondary battery includes: an electrode; a case having a receiving space, and accommodating the electrode in the receiving space; a current collector including a first protruding member including a first projection and a second protruding member including a second projection; and a cap coupled to the case to allow the first projection and the second projection penetrate through, and covering the receiving space.
