Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing method of a battery cell which includes an exterior material accommodating an electrode assembly therein and a lead tab electrically connecting the electrode assembly to the outside and including a stopper protruding toward one side, the method including: a pre-cutting operation for cutting a first region located at an end portion of a cutting lead tab which is connected with the electrode assembly and protrudes outwardly from the exterior material; and a main cutting operation for cutting a second region spaced apart from the stopper in the cutting lead tab by a predetermined distance to form the lead tab.
