Abstract
A waveguide flange (1) is specified herein, comprising: - a mounting surface (2) with at least one through hole (3) for transmitting electromagnetic radiation through the mounting surface (2), wherein - the mounting surface (2) comprises a plurality of grooves (4) extending to at least one edge (5) of the mounting surface (2) and/or to an edge (5) of the through hole (3). Further, a microwave waveguide is specified herein.
