Abstract
The current invention relates to a push-in bridge connector (100), comprising a housing (101) with housing lid (103) with multiple insertion openings (105), a current rail (107) and a contacting spring array (109) with multiple contacting spring elements (111) positioned inside the housing (101) respectively, and at least one actuation member (113), wherein the contacting spring array (109) has a ridgelike shape with a connection ridge (115) connecting the multiple contacting spring elements (111), wherein the at least one actuation member (113) is movably arranged in the housing lid (103) between a neutral position (NP) and an actuation position (AP), wherein when positioned in the actuation position (AP) the actuation member (113) is arranged to actuate at least one contacting spring element (111) into a preload position (PP), wherein when positioned in the neutral position (NP) the at least one actuation member (113) is arranged to release the at least one contacting spring element (111) from the preload position (PP) into a contacting position (CP.
