Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solid-state circuit breaker. The solid-state circuit breaker includes a switching unit, a driving circuit, a control unit and a protection circuit. The driving circuit is electrically connected to the switching unit and is adapted to be switched between a first state and a second state. In a case that the driving circuit is in the first state, the driving circuit is adapted to control the switching unit to be turned on or off, and in a case that the driving circuit is in the second state, the driving circuit stops control of the switching unit. The control unit is adapted to continuously send a first signal after being powered on. The protection circuit controls the driving circuit to be in the first state in response to receiving the first signal and in the second state in response to not receiving the first signal.
