Abstract

The present invention provides a circuitry (100) including a TIA stage (120). The TIA stage (120) is configured to receive a current signal (Iin) to generate an output voltage signal (Vout), wherein the TIA stage (120) includes a first transistor (M2), a second transistor (M3) and a high-pass filter (124). A gate electrode of the first transistor (M2) is coupled to the current signal, and the first electrode of the transistor is coupled to a supply voltage. The second transistor (M3) has a gate electrode, a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode of the second transistor is coupled to the second electrode of the first transistor, and the second electrode of the second transistor is coupled to a ground voltage. The high-pass filter (124) is configured to filter the current signal (Iin) to generate a filtered current signal to the gate electrode of the second transistor (M3).
