Abstract
To provide a circuit device capable of stabilizing an oscillation frequency of a ring oscillator at any frequency.A circuit device according to the present technology includes: a ring oscillator including a plurality of inverters connected in a ring shape; and a drive circuit configured to drive the ring oscillator, in which the drive circuit is configured to suppress a change in oscillation frequency of the ring oscillator due to a temperature change. According to the circuit device according to the present technology, it is possible to provide a circuit device capable of stabilizing an oscillation frequency of a ring oscillator at any frequency.
