Abstract
A terminal includes: a control unit configured to configure a cell group or a PUCCH (Physical Uplink Control Channel) group based on a specific restriction in a plurality of frequency ranges; and a communication unit configured to perform communication by applying the configured cell group or the configured PUCCH group. The plurality of frequency ranges include at least a first frequency range, a second frequency range whose frequency is higher than that of the first frequency range, and a third frequency range whose frequency is higher than that of the first frequency range and lower than that of the second frequency range.
