Abstract

A terminal includes:a control unit configured to select fourth resources when detecting first resources reserved by another terminal in an unlicensed band, the fourth resources not including:the first resources;second resources preceding the first resources in a time domain and including a first number of resources; orthird resources following the first resources in the time domain and including a second number of resources;a receiving unit configured to perform listen-before-talk (LBT) for using the fourth resources; anda transmitting unit configured to carry out a transmission using the fourth resources when the LBT is successful, andeach resource included in the second and third resources has a predetermined length.
