Abstract
A terminal includes: a control unit configured to select resources for MCSt (Multi-consecutive slots transmission) in an unlicensed band; a reception unit configured to perform LBT (Listen before talk) for using the resources; and a transmission unit configured to perform transmission by using the resources in a case where the LBT is successful. The control unit does not select resources for MCSt that are composed of slots that are not physically contiguous.
