Abstract
A rear tip extender (104) attachable to a penile implant a first tooth (180) with a first tooth bite edge (202) offset radially inward from a cavity sidewall and a second tooth (182) with a second tooth bite edge (212) offset radially inward from the cavity sidewall (196). A leading end of the first tooth bite edge and a leading end of the second tooth bite edge are each an equal distance away from a distal end of the rear tip extender.
