Abstract
The present invention provides a gas separation system suitable for efficiently separating a gas mixture. The gas separation system 100 according to the present invention includes: a separation membrane unit 10 that separates a gas mixture 70 into a permeated gas 80 and a non-permeated gas 81; and a sweep gas feed passage 36 configured to supply a portion of the non-permeated gas 81 to a permeation space of the separation membrane unit 10 as a sweep gas 75. The gas separation system 100 recovers a recovery gas 85 containing the permeated gas 80 and the sweep gas 75.
