Abstract
A composite structure and methods of forming a composite structure are presented. The composite structure comprises a plurality of pre-kitted ply sets with a same ply layup positioned to form continuous plies. Each pre-kitted ply set of the plurality of pre-kitted ply sets comprises a first ply having a first shape and an overhang on a first side of the ply layup; and a second ply overlying the first ply, the second ply having a second shape.
