Abstract

According to one arrangement, a processing device (20) receives first deterioration information on a power storage module (111) from a first controller (112) connected to the power storage module (111). The processing device (20) receives second deterioration information on the power storage module (111) from a second controller that is connected to the first controller (112) and directly or indirectly controls the first controller (112). The processing device (20) compares the first deterioration information with the second deterioration information, and outputs output information on whether there is a possibility that the first deterioration information or the second deterioration information has been falsified.
