Abstract

A dial includes a metallic base, a metal layer formed at a surface of the base, an intermediate layer disposed on a surface side of the metal layer and having light transmittance, and a first dot layer partially disposed on a surface side of the intermediate layer. The first dot layer has a plurality of first metal dots formed by ink jet printing using a metal nano ink containing a first metal, and a first metal film made of a second metal different from the first metal and formed at a surface side of the first metal dot.
