Abstract
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes an insulation coating which is free of a chromium compound and contains a phosphate, and when the insulation coating is measured by a nuclear magnetic resonance and when an obtained <sup>31</sup>P-NMR spectrum is subjected to a Gaussian fitting in a range from 16 to -90 ppm, a ratio of a peak area of a Q<sup>0</sup> structure to a total peak area is more than 0% and 10% or less.
