Abstract

A speed-changing device (21) is provided with an input shaft (22), an output shaft (23), a planetary stepless speed-changing mechanism (24), a multistage speed-changing mechanism (26) and a controller (25). The multistage speed-changing mechanism (26) is provided with a forward rotation mode in which a forward one-speed clutch (69) is connected and a reverse rotation mode in which a backward one-speed clutch (70) is connected. The controller (25) starts the switch from an engagement state to a disengagement state of the forward one-speed clutch (69) and starts the switch from a disengagement state to an engagement state of the backward one-speed clutch (70) when rotation of the output shaft (23) is in a forward rotation state (forward state) at the switching from the forward rotation mode to the reverse rotation mode.
