Abstract

A speed-changing device (21) is provided with an input shaft (22), an output shaft (23), a planetary stepless speed-changing mechanism (24), a direct joint mechanism (27), an idler element (28), a multistage speed-changing mechanism (26) and a controller (25). The controller (25) controls a rotation speed of a first variator (33) in the planetary stepless speed-changing mechanism (24) and engagement/disengagement of a first clutch (27C) in the direct joint mechanism (27). The controller (25) can switch the speed-changing device (21) to three power transmission states composed of a first power transmission state (stepless speed change), a second power transmission state (internal lockup) and a third power transmission state (external lockup).
