Abstract

There is provided a valve capable of smoothly changing the pressure of a back-pressure fluid. A valve includes a housing 60 having a high-pressure space S2 into which a high-pressure fluid Pd flows, a back-pressure space S3 into which a back-pressure fluid Pb flows, and a passage 65a configured to allow a communication between the high-pressure space S2 and the back-pressure space S3; a valve body 61 that controls an opening degree of the passage 65a; and a biasing member 62 for biasing the valve body 61 in a valve opening direction. The valve body 61 has a high-pressure receiving surface (A - B) that receives pressure in the high-pressure space S2 as a force in the valve opening direction, and a back-pressure receiving surface A that receives pressure in the back-pressure space S3 as a force in a valve closing direction.
