Abstract

An apparatus (10) for magnetic resonance imaging is disclosed. The apparatus (10) estimates, using a projection onto convex sets method, data of an unmeasured region from partial measurement data that is data acquired within an asymmetrical measurement region (MA) of a k-space, and includes a processor (202) configured to: input a partial measurement image reconstructed based on the partial measurement data to a trained model; estimate an image reconstructed from full measurement data corresponding to the partial measurement data from the partial measurement image using the trained model to generate an estimation image; generate a phase image indicating a phase distribution from the estimation image; and apply the phase image to phase correction in the projection onto convex sets method.
