Abstract
The present invention relates to a spectacle lens comprising an anti-reflective coating, said anti-reflective coating being a single layer anti-reflective coating, said spectacle lens having a spectral reflectance of < 1.5% at an angle of incidence of 0° in a wavelength interval of from a wavelength λ1 to a wavelength λ2, the spectacle lens being characterized in thatsaid wavelength interval of from said wavelength λ1 to said wavelength λ2 extends over one of the following widths w, w = λ2 - λ1,- a width of at least 1200 nm,- a width of at least 1300 nm,- a width of at least 1400 nm,with 380 nm ≤ λ1, λ2 ≤ 2500 nm, λ1 ≠ λ2, λ2 > λ1.
