Abstract

This application discloses an orbiting method and apparatus, an aircraft (101, 170), and a computer-readable storage medium, where the method may be applied to an aircraft (101, 170) equipped with a gimbal camera (1011, 1701), and the method includes: obtaining a route, where the route is used for the aircraft (101, 170) to sequentially orbit over at least one object; controlling, in a process in which the aircraft (101, 170) orbits over a first object (102) based on the route, the gimbal camera (1011, 1701) to lock the first object (102); and when detecting, during flight, that a photographing condition corresponding to the first object (102) is triggered, controlling the gimbal camera (1011, 1701) to obtain image information of the first object (102) through photographing. The first object (102) is any one of the at least one object. In this manner, more sufficient image data can be collected, which is conducive to providing more reliable data support for various inspection tasks.
