Abstract

A central monitoring system associated with a healthcare environment displays, in a user interface, patient tiles associated with corresponding patients. The patient tiles display information provided by monitoring devices that are respectively associated with the patients within the healthcare environment. The central monitoring system dynamically determines display formats, indicating dimensions, detail levels, and/or other visual attributes, for the patient tiles individually. The central monitoring system dynamically determines a display format for an individual patient tile based on an acuity level of the corresponding patient, based on types of monitoring devices used to monitor the patient, based on types of data provided by the monitoring devices, and/or based on other factors.
