Abstract
A key includes an equilateral triangular keycap, an equilateral triangular key base, and a pivotably linked mechanism. The pivotably linked mechanism is coupled to the equilateral triangular keycap and the equilateral triangular key base and positioned to support the equilateral triangular keycap moving in a vertical direction perpendicular to the equilateral triangular key base. In addition, the pivotably linked mechanism includes three linking members including a first linking member, a second linking member, and a third linking member positioned as an equilateral triangle and rotatably inter-connected to each other.
