Abstract

A secondary battery, a battery module including the same, and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. A secondary battery includes a case including an opening portion, an electrode assembly accommodated in the case and including a first tab member and a second tab member, a cap plate including a cap plate body located in the opening portion, and a cap plate terminal hole passing through the cap plate body, a terminal part including a first terminal electrically connected to the first tab member, and a second terminal electrically connected to the second tab member, and passing through the cap plate terminal hole, a first insulating part in contact with the terminal part to support the terminal part, and a second insulating part on the cap plate to support the first insulating part.
