Abstract
A secondary battery charging and discharging device related to one example of the present invention comprises a chamber including one or more charging spaces capable of individually accommodating trays, in which secondary batteries are accommodated, and provided with charging grippers arranged to be electrically connectable with the secondary batteries in the charging space, a thermoelectric cooling part including a thermoelectric element, and cooling fins arranged to transfer cold air from a cooling side of the thermoelectric element to surroundings, and arranged to cool air in the charging space at an upper portion of the charging space, a first fan provided to suck cooling air from the surroundings of the thermoelectric cooling part at an upper portion of the charging space and to blow the cooling air toward the secondary batteries accommodated in the tray, and a second fan provided so that the cooling air flows along the longitudinal direction of the secondary battery by sucking air in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the secondary battery at a lower portion of the charging space.
