Abstract

A charge/discharge noise characteristic enhancement circuit may include a register configured to detect an abnormal signal and output a first micro control unit (MCU) reset signal and a register signal, a first delay circuit configured to delay the first MCU reset signal output from the register and output a second MCU reset signal, an AND gate configured to receive the second MCU reset signal and the register signal and output a third MCU reset signal, a second delay circuit configured to delay the third MCU reset signal output from the AND gate and output a fourth MCU reset signal, and an MCU configured to perform a reset operation based on the first MCU reset signal or the fourth MCU reset signal.
