Abstract
The present invention relates to a motor core and, more particularly, a core and a core manufacturing method, wherein the core has low iron loss and excellent flatness and perpendicularity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a block laminated core comprises: a block core step of forming block cores having a first length by laminating and coupling electrical steel sheets in a first direction; a lamination step of rotating the multiple block cores by a first angle in a second direction, which is a circumferential direction, and laminating the block cores to achieve a second length in the first direction; and a welding step of forming a welding part by welding the outer circumferential surfaces of two consecutive block cores among the multiple block cores to a third length shorter than twice the first length in the first direction, wherein in the welding step, multiple imaginary lines, which are obtained by extending in the first direction from some of the multiple welding parts formed on any one of the multiple block cores, are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval. The block cores include block laminated cores manufactured by the method.
