Abstract
Disclosed are a display device and an operation method thereof. The display device, according to at least one among various embodiments of the present disclosure, comprises a memory and a processor which: receives a packet from a remote control device; performs pairing by transmitting a scan signal to the remote control device if the received packet has a first parameter value and satisfies a preset condition; and transmits a control signal related to the preset condition to the paired remote control device.
