Abstract

A communication apparatus (100) includes: receiving means that receives, while the communication apparatus is connected to a first access point, a user operation designating a second access point different from the first access point as a target for connection with the communication apparatus; connection control means that performs control to maintain a connection between the communication apparatus and the first access point and connect the communication apparatus to the second access point designated by the user operation designating the second access point received by the receiving means; and communication control means that performs control to perform data communication via both the first access point and the second access point in a state in which both the first access point and the second access point are connected to.
