Abstract
Provided are a graphite heating tube and a cooking device. The graphite heating tube comprises: a tube body (10), where the tube body (10) is hollow and has at least one bent portion (11), each of the at least one bent portion being formed as a circular arc shape, where the bent portion has a reference line passing through a center of the bent portion and being perpendicular to a radial direction of the bent portion; and a heating member (20) formed as a sheet-shaped graphene-material member and passing through the tube body, where the heating member has a neutral surface (F1) located at a center of the heating member in a thickness direction of the heating member, the neutral surface extending in a length direction of the tube body, and at least a portion of the neutral surface that faces the bent portion being arranged parallel to the reference line.
