Abstract

The present invention concerns a hybrid power supply system for lighting comprising an electrified track (10) with a U-profile to which DC spotlights (200) can be fixed. A power supply device (50) is configured to provide DC electrical power to first electrical cables (20) inthe track (10). To provide the DC power, the power supply device (50) comprises a rectifier. DC optical devices (200) have respective support bodies (220) fixable to the track (10), and contact elements (230) arranged so as to contact the first electrical cables. In particular, the power supply system is characterized by the fact that it comprises second electrical cables (30) for the transport of AC electrical power, and wherein the electrified track (10) comprises second support seats (15) arranged inside the cavity (13) and configured to support the second electrical cables (30) and the input connection members (53) are connected to the second electrical cables (30).
