Abstract

A layered body according to an embodiment includes a substrate, a first intermediate layer provided on the substrate, and a first transparent electrode provided on the first intermediate layer. The refractive index of the first intermediate layer is lower than the refractive index of the substrate. The refractive index of the first intermediate layer is lower than the refractive index of the first transparent electrode.
