Abstract
Provided herein is a combination of dietary fibres with optional naturally occurring binder as entrapment for bioactive(s) such that the bioactive(s) can be delivered in the form of controlled release powder/granule. The active may be water soluble or insoluble. The combination comprises a naturally dietary fibers in which the bioactive is entrapped. Present invention also provides a composition comprising combination of dietary fiber and optional naturally occurring binder entrapping water soluble/insoluble bioactives therein and process of preparing the same.
